Miracles

Miracles occur naturally as expressions of love.
The real miracle is the love that inspires them.
In a sense everything that comes from love is a miracle.
Miracles bear witness to truth.
They are convincing because they arise from conviction.

A miracle is a service.
It is maximal service you can render to another.
It is a way of loving your neighbor as yourself.
You recognize your own and your neighbor's worth simultaneously.

Miracles are teaching devices for demonstrating it is as blessed to give as to receive.
They increase the strength of the giver and supply strength to the receiver.
Miracles reflect the laws of eternity, not of time.

Miracles lift the veil and rests on the threshold of the eternal spiritual dream.
Spirit is in a state of grace forever, Your reality is only spirit,
Therefore you are in a state of grace forever.

I love this. And I should have known it was from a course in miracles... i read that book so long ago -- i need to go back and re-read it. If you don't mind, I would like to add this statement to my myspace page some time. I think its very beautiful and very true. I'm so glad you post these wonderful poems and statements. I think I found a bunch of new friends on this site when I needed them the most in my life. Thank you for reminding me of what is important in life. ;)

I just thought that a similar name was associated with a question: "how are the tragopans?"... :)...
I read it in another blog... so i thought it might be you. I am curious to know how much the name has to do with china.
